Gym membership?

Find 2 or 3 gymnasium/fitness centers that are close to your house and find out:

  1. How much a membership for you would cost?
  2. What requirements are there for you to sign up for a membership?
  3. What type of fitness programs/classes do they offer?
  4. Would you be inclined to join? Why, why not?
  5. DUE 11/2

Hampshire Hills
A membership here costs a lot so they do not tell the price online. There are no requirements for joining even kids can join. They have spinning, fitness yoga, spin pilates, step, on the ball, body pump, body combat, boot camp, Abs on the ball, cardio salsa, gentle yoga, power mat, and many more. The reason I would not join is because it costs too much and it might be better to join a place where I will use most of what they have.
Gold’s Gym
Anyone over age 18 can join. For classes they have power pilates, spinning, core training, body pump, cardio boxing, yoga, power crunch, cardio mix and more. It costs $40 a month. I might join someday but I would need to get a job and save my money.
Merrimack and Nashua’s YMCA (about the same distance away)
The cost is $13 a month but in a year for me it will be $25 a month. To be a member you have to obey YMCA’s policies like being in good behavior. For classes they have dance, a lot of kid classes, art classes, public speaking classes, strength training, cardio kickboxing, step and tone, cardio self-defense, yoga, interval training and more. The nice thing about this gym is that it is affordable but I am not shur I would join.

For these three you just have to be over sixteen or eighteen and bring an ID. These three offer spin classes, cardio boxing, dance classes, and many many more classes. They also all have personal trainers for an extra fee. I would be inclined to join any of these three gyms but currently I am a memeber of Golds.

Gold's - $27 per month
WOW - $20 per month
Bally - $29 per month

The two gyms I looked at were Gold's Gym and Nashua Athletic Club.

Gold's Gym-
- it's $30 to join
- no requierments
-Tanning, sauna, steam room, spinning, yoga and pilates.

Nashua Athletic Club-
- it doens't say online, you can pre register but that's it.
-It doesn't say any requierments but that doesn't mean there aren't.
- They have everything! Pilates, Step, Cardio Salsa, Yoga, Kickboxing, stability balls, cardo equipment.

I would definitely be interested in joining the Nashua Athletic Club. My mom used to go there a lot with Janine Myers.. I'm gonna look into it more.

Gym Membership in Pune
My overall experience has been quite satisfactory. Mr. Shiv, my personal trainer, in particular is an important resource of the Gym. He is skillful, punctual and strict in his regime and adds variations and variety in the exercise regime.
