Physical fitness mans to me that if you are striving to be healthy or are healthy you are always trying to better your entire body. I do not believe that it is a sin to be unfit but those who do not make steps towards healthiness and just don't care may pay the ultimate price earlier than those who try to be healthy in everything they do. Even those who are chronically sick can make steps through their dieting even when they cannot exercise.
To me, physical fitness means that people can do active outdoor stuff without being tired fast... like if someone goes to the park with their kids and aren't able to play soccer with them for 2 minutes, then they aren't fit... I do not think its a sin to be overwight because the Bible does say that men looks at the outside, but God looks in the heart... but like any other decision there are consequences...if someone decides to be unhealthy...later they'll see th results...but i also think that we need to do our best in taking care of God's temple.
Physical fitness to me means that I feel the best I can and can perform to the best of my abilities. I think that God gave us the gift of life and our bodies are His temples. I think that we're, in a way, disrespecting Him if we don't take care of our bodies because He only deserves the best. So does that make it a sin? well if we just don't care and are lazy...then yeah I think so.
To me, physical fitness is striving to do better things for you body, like exercising and eating right. Is being unfit a sin? no, but i do think if we do it on purpose and dont try anything to become fit it is.
I think physical finess means this; not only one part of our body but all our body parts are healthy. We eat healthy. We get enough sleep and stuff. I dont think it's a sin to be unfit because some of them are just born that way but God does want us to be healthy.
i think that physical fitness means to be healthy, active and in most cases in a decent weight range. 1 corinthians 6:20 says 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
I think if we are grosely out of shape it is a sin unless we have a disease or something. If you don't make any effort to remain healthy i don't believe that you ccan fully complete God's calling for your life because you could be physically incapable.
Physical fitness means to me that I'm keeping my body in good working order. It means it is performing all of its tasks efficiently and effectively. Personally, I think that if you know that you're unfit and you are not moving toward the goal of being fit, then it is a sin because God says to be good stewards of the bodies He has given us. And letting yourself go is not taking care of your body. As for being overweight, I do think being to the point where you say,"I wish I could lose a few pounds" is a sin, but if you are to the point where your weight inhibits your body from doing stuff, I don't think that's taking good care of yourself. I don't believe Being chronically sick is a sin because there is often not much you can do to change it. However, if you have a way out and do not take it because of laziness, that's not cool.
Physical fitness means to be able to do activites and not get winded. And to stay fit is a challenge. Youre working to keep yourself healthy and happy. Healthy people are way happier than over weight people. It says somewhere in the bible that gluttony is a sin, because its a form of greed. People that are chronically sick can better themselves, by eating right and doing small excercises.
Physical fitness simply means to protect your body from getting out of shape, sickly, or just letting yourself slip into negativity. Physical fitness is simply keeping you body in balance and in check, because thats what is Biblical and that is what Jesus did. He stayed fit by being a carpenter! It's not a sin to be unfit, but it is a sin to be riduculously lazy where it borders on true slothfulness, and that's just a sin. If you can do something about it, then it is your obligation. For those who are chronically ill or sick, there is still hope for them. There is therapy, and means by which doctors and other people can help them along to stay somewhat strong.
