May those who delight in my vindication shout for joy and gladness;may they always say, "The LORD be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant." Psalm 35:27
Because of your wrath there is no health in my body;my bones have no soundness because of my sin.
Psalm 38:3
Do not be wise in your own eyes;fear the LORD and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.

As long as we keep God's commandments, he will keep us healthy, spiritually and physically.

"A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones."-Proverbs 15:30

health isn't just physical its also mental so we need to not only work on keeping our bodies healthy but our spirits n minds also

3John 1:2 "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."

God desires for us to be happy and healthy not sickly and depressed

Deuteronomy 9:2 "The people are strong and tall—Anakites! You know about them and have heard it said: "Who can stand up against the Anakites?"

we need to not focus souly on the outer appearance of a person to judge their strength but we need to look at there faith and determination

In 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 Paul compares a race to life.
In Philippians 3: 14 talks about as a Christian we press towards a goal winning a prize in life, just like in fitness we press towards a goal.
In Proverbs 18: 10 says, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.”

At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead. To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds. Daniel 1:15-17
God blessed these men for taking care of their bodies.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;
1st Corinthians 6:19
God gave us our bodies; he gave us life. We need to take care of them as much as we can.
Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own.
Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;he's the one who will keep you on track. Don't assume that you know it all.
Run to God! Run from evil!
Your body will glow with health,
your very bones will vibrate with life! Proverbs 3:5-8
If we follow God and his commandments, He will bless us with health.

i really liked :

1) Proverbs 3:7-8
As long as we keep God's commandments, he will keep us healthy, spiritually and physically.

- Walk on God's way, seek Him first and all other things He'll take care of!

2)1st Corinthians 6:19
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own...
- it keeps going and it says that we were bought with a price...so we should honor God in everything we do... including our bodies!

3) (my favorite)
Mark 2:17
On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

- :) yeah...God can help us get fit!

1 Samuel 25:6
Say to him: 'Long life to you! Good health to you and your household! And good health to all that is yours!
3 John 1:2
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
3 John 1:2
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
These verses show that health or fitness is something wanted by all people and that fitness makes people well and happy. If we have faith in Christ He will enrich our lives.

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. Therefore honor God with your body."
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Our bodies are not ours to do with as we please; they are God's temple that He bought with Jesus' blood. Because of this, we need to keep them in the best shape possible. When you borrow someone else's car, you don't drive it like your own; you drive much more carefully so you don't crash. the same is true of our bodies.

"...so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death."
Philippians 1:20
Paul is saying that he wants God to be glorified through his body, no matter how it's done. He recognized that his body was not his own.

"The wages of the righteous bring them life, but the income of the wicked brings them punishment."
Proverbs 10:16
When we follow God's commands and take care of ourselves, it brings life and we can live it to the fullest.
