1) To lose fat from specific areas of the body, you must:
Lose overall body fat and hope your genes cooperate.
I would think if you do exercises in that area would make muscle and decrease fat.
2) The best way to get flat abs is to: Lose overall body fat and hope your genes cooperate. This is basically the same question. And the same reason I got it wrong.

I chose every 3 months but the answer was Every 6 to 8 weeks and it actually makes sense to me.

A:Will typically not build big muscles because they lack the hormones needed.I guess that makes sense.i said that we should lift lighter weights.

I got a 90%. The question I got wrong was: In order to obtain flatter abs, one should...decrease overall body fat and hope genes cooperate. I put do ab exercices daily. but the right answer makes sense.
